Home staging costs vary based on the property type, size, rooms being staged and whether the home is vacant or occupied. Vacant condos typically range from $1,500–$2,800, townhouses $2,500–$3,500 and houses $3,000–$4,800, plus HST. Occupied staging starts from $1,000. Eligible vacant homes can get an exact instant quote online.

Vacant staging includes professionally selected furniture, artwork and accessories, plus delivery, installation, styling and removal for the selected rooms. The standard staging package includes up to 45 days of staging.

Occupied staging depends on the property type, the rooms being staged, the home's existing furniture and what additional furniture or décor is needed. Start with an estimated price range, then upload photos or request a consultation so Astra can confirm the exact scope and price.

If you need to keep the property staged beyond the initial period, staging can be extended in additional 30-day periods at 50% of the original staging fee, plus applicable taxes.
